The Construction Superintendent is responsible for overseeing daily jobsite operations and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and according to approved plans and specifications. This role coordinates subcontractors, vendors, ARC employees, project managers, and local officials to maintain productivity and compliance throughout the construction process. The Superintendent manages scheduling, inspections, documentation, and jobsite safety while maintaining accurate project records and ensuring quality standards are met. This position plays a key leadership role in maintaining efficient communication between all parties involved in the project.
The Carpenter/Laborer supports the construction team by assisting with the installation, repair, and assembly of building materials and structural components on commercial job sites. This role involves working with materials such as wood, metal, drywall, concrete, and composites while following construction plans and safety standards. Responsibilities include framing, installing trim and doors, setting drywall and substrates, assisting with concrete work, and maintaining a clean and safe jobsite. The position works closely with skilled team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high quality standards.
