Carne Diem offers an upscale neighborhood market experience, complete with full butcher services, seasonal artisanal goods such as curated cheeses and pastas, and sustainably sourced seafood. In collaboration with Clockwork Architecture and Design, we brought to life a semi-industrial kitchen space and an open produce area. The design features warm walnut shelving with glass inlays, custom ceiling fixtures, and organic metal soffit panels that flow seamlessly throughout the space. Copper and metal details elevate the design, showcasing Clockwork’s keen architectural eye and our team’s commitment to fine craftsmanship.
