ARC transformed this existing building into a high-energy fitness facility designed to reflect Crunch’s bold brand and growing footprint. A major highlight of the project was the complete demolition of the second floor, which opened up the space and introduced a new sense of scale, light, and movement throughout the interior. With an emphasis on structural rework and interior adaptability, the updated layout supports a wide range of fitness zones while enhancing circulation and visibility. Our team managed every phase of construction with efficiency and attention to detail, ensuring the final result delivered both function and aesthetic impact.
