Feng Cha brings a bright, cheerful boba experience to Kansas City, offering guests a clean, open café created through this full tenant finish. The existing space was transformed into an airy environment filled with natural light, simple lines, and a layout that makes ordering and gathering feel easy. From framing and MEP coordination to finishes and custom millwork, ARC delivered the construction elements needed to support a smooth, welcoming customer experience. The final design features clear sightlines, comfortable seating options, and a fresh, modern aesthetic that reflects the energy of the Feng Cha brand.
