Kimley-Horn Engineering

ARC partnered with civil engineering firm Kimley-Horn to bring their Kansas City office to life, first completing the original tenant finish and later returning for a substantial multi-story addition. The initial buildout transformed a commercial shell into a tailored workspace designed to support a collaborative, high-performance engineering environment. Approximately 18 months later, ARC completed an expansion that doubled the office’s footprint while preserving architectural consistency and minimizing disruption to ongoing operations. This two-phase project reflects ARC’s commitment to long-term client relationships and the ability to deliver thoughtful, high-quality work across evolving project scopes.
