Merriam Grand Station

ARC led the ground-up construction of four shell buildings and a central outdoor amenity space at Merriam Grand Station, a mixed-use development designed to anchor a new wave of retail and dining in the heart of Merriam, KS. Each shell building was constructed with flexibility in mind, ready to accommodate a variety of tenants with open floor plans, core utility infrastructure, and customizable exterior façades. Site development included full paving, landscaping, and coordinated access points to support a walkable, tenant-friendly layout. At the heart of the project is a large outdoor patio and entertainment area featuring custom-built firepits, integrated seating, and open gathering spaces. Designed to encourage foot traffic and community interaction, the space adds vibrancy and versatility to the overall development, making Merriam Grand Station more than just a shopping destination—it’s a place to gather, relax, and connect.
