My Kid’s Dentist is a full interior tenant improvement designed to create a warm, efficient, and child-friendly dental environment within an existing commercial space. This project combined precise clinical requirements with a welcoming atmosphere tailored to families and young patients. ARC transformed the empty shell into a fully functioning pediatric dental office, complete with exam rooms, X-ray suites, sterilization areas, open ortho bays, and dedicated consultation spaces. The floor plan supports smooth patient flow, privacy where needed, and clear separation of clinical and administrative functions.
