Streets of West Pryor Lot 5

As part of the growing Streets of West Pryor development in Lee’s Summit, ARC constructed several outbuildings to support a dynamic mix of retail, dining, and service tenants. These ground-up structures were designed with flexibility and long-term functionality in mind. Each building includes core and shell construction with coordinated utility infrastructure, structural framing, and site-specific exterior finishes to complement the overall aesthetic of the development. Site work included grading, paving, and integration with pedestrian-friendly walkways and shared access points. These outbuildings expand the commercial footprint of the West Pryor community, offering high-visibility spaces built to accommodate a wide range of tenant needs while enhancing the district’s appeal as a destination hub.
