As a ground-up build in a vibrant college community, our team coordinated closely with ownership and trade partners to deliver a space defined by brand precision and operational efficiency. The result is a restaurant ready to serve from day one.

Restaurant built for modern operations

Chipotle’s model continues to evolve to meet changing customer needs. At this location, that evolution comes to life through:

  • A contemporary, streamlined dining area
  • An optimized kitchen layout designed for speed and efficiency
  • A dedicated Chipotlane drive-thru pickup lane to support digital orders

Founded in 1993, Chipotle was one of the first fast casual restaurant chains to hit the market. Since then, as customer expectations have shifted toward convenience, digital ordering, and speed of service, the brand has continually adapted while protecting the core experience that built its reputation.

This Manhattan location reflects that balance. The design supports efficient back-of-house production while delivering a clean, welcoming environment for guests. From traffic flow to material selection, every element was executed with long-term performance and brand consistency in mind.
